Shashi Tyagi is the co-founder and secretary of GRAVIS, an organization which works with the desert communities in Rajasthan. Shashi has been working with villagers since 1968 and is a disciple of the teachings of Gandhi. Shashi Tyagi has particular interest in the economic empowerment of women, their health, education, training, and income generating potential.
