Dear Friends this project provides free legal aid to the illegal prisoners who are suffering jails from months .They have no resources to engage lawyers.we help them in magisterial ,sessions trials and file appeals in high courts.They suffer state persecution because they have no resources to engage lawyers and suffer maltreatment in jail for years because they are entangled in severe cases where courts are bound to have them in jails.
In Pakistan most of the FIRs are lodged due to political affect.A 1000 prisoners are facing these cases and poor enough to engage the lawyers and remain in jails for months and years.They are helpless and source-less people.They are really marginalized people in Pakistan but nobody takes interest in them.They are the victims of state persecution.Police stations are being used as a source of persecution in Pakistan.
The project will help prisoners out of jails after contesting their cases.The certified copies of their files will be got from the relevant courts and their cases will be studied and acquittal petitions will be filed in the courts.When such persons will come out of jails they will be given proper training to survive in the practical life after adopting reasonable professions.The organization will establish food centers for the old people who have lost the prime age in jails.
By this project a marginalized group will start respectful life in the society.Now they are in jails after the completion of this project they will come out from the jails in which they have been detained fornothing .They will be trained in different professions according to their mental dispositions after they come out of jails and will earn livelihood for themselves and for their families.Many of them are the sole bread earners of their families.At least 1000 people will be benefited
