Business incubation centers are being established throughout Iraq. These centers introduce modern business and management techniques to local business owners to improve their operations, and improve the local and regional economy.

Developing a strong local economy increases employment opportunities, raises individual incomes, and encourages political stability.
In the past the Iraqi business sector was always dominated by regime loyalists. This project hopes to create new opportunities in southern Iraq for young businesswomen and entrepreneurs.
