This project will create a big internet Cafe in Kaniki Masisi which will provide easy access to information to 550 Vulnerable Victims traumatized by the civil war which has been long time in this area; Activists and supporters of Vulnerable Victims (V.V) rights, members of the NGO GALA, will be able to assist vulnerable and needy victim of the mass violations of human rights;
masisi is the most area which was ravaged by the civil, ethnic wars in DRC, it'is located at 2000km from kinshasa the capital city of the country and 97km from Goma the capital city of the province of North Kivu; most of youth did not complete their level of primary and secondary education because of being Internally Displaced Persons (IDP); Per now Masisi has more than 5000 uneducated young girls and boy, this project will affect 550 who will be training others as the center will availabl
Gala will implement an Internet Cafe, from which will train most of youth to use computers and get access to information, view pictures of friends countrywide and worldwide, send and receiving messages applying online for scholarship and finally share with the rest of the world
As the Internet Cafe will be available, those 550 vulnerable victims who will be trained by GALA will continue to train others by taking them to the same center and the whole community will be aware of the use of the internet in masisi
