Project Needs and Beneficiaries
Victims of the cyclone have been without food, water, shelter and other basics needs. International Medical Corps is working to address these needs and prevent the spread of waterborne and diarrheal diseases and infections that can result from exposure.
Activities
IMC will help address urgent health needs as well as distribute medical supplies, water purification tablets, sanitation items and hygiene kits in order to reduce the spread of disease.

IMCs emergency response team is in Myanmar. Based on field assessments, we are facilitating distribution of relief items & administering necessary health services to the victims. To maximize its efforts in providing assistance, IMC is developing partnerships with other agencies on the ground.
