U&I Report Mar-Jun 2013

Dear Friend of U&I

Its been a great 3 months as we have started a new academic year in our Learning Centres across Bangalore city. We have also been able to started 2 new Learning Centres in Muslim Orphanage where we teach English to 230 children. We kick-started the volunteering initiative this year by having the Annual Volunteer Orientation for the 500+ volunteers that have signed up with us this year. It was a great day of Induction, Training and getting to know each other. Classes are now on in full swing at our Learning Centres. In this academic year we've grown in our operations as we now run 10 Learning Centres, reaching out to 650 under-privileged women and children. Attached is the report of these 3 months, please enjoy the read.

Thank you for your continuing support of the work we do!

Microproject Disclaimer

Every microproject is intended to use the donations it receives in accordance with its stated description; however, it is important to provide project leaders with the flexibility to maximize the potential benefit from the donations they receive. This means that your donation may be used as a part of the main project that supports this microproject, specifically Education for Underprivileged Children - Bangalore. In this event, the project leader is required to post an update to the microproject detailing the results and reasons behind this change.
