Poverty alleviation through entrepreneur and micro enterprise capacity building program in which 300 poor Bangladeshi women and 150 men who have entrepreneurial competencies will be developed.
In Bangladesh many NGOs provide micro credit to set up and run self-employment projects. However, they are not providing the technology of how to identify potential products, calculate profit, estimate capital, make a business plan, calculate risks, etc. As a result, people cannot make their business profitable. This project will make the aforementioned capacity of 300 potential women and 150 potential men entrepreneurs so that they will be able to set up and run their business successfully.
Training, conferences, counseling, meeting, and micro credit
300 potential women and 150 potential men are capable to set up and run their business successfully, 1200 unemployed people get employment opportunity, women environment are supporting women economic empowerment
