Deborah volunteered full-time with Vision Africa to establish and then manage the Seed of Hope centres, of which there are now 4 throughout Kenya. This role includes staff management, resource management, policy writing and daily operations. Deborah has a passion to see the lives of disadvantaged girls transformed through Seed of Hope centres.
