Demetrios Recachinas - Food Program Manager
Joined Martha's Table in 01/2008. Before joining Martha's Table he served as the chef and sous chef of restaurants in Washington, DC, Chicago and Seattle. He received degrees in International Relations and Chinese Studies from George Mason University and a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Seattle. From 1997 to 2005 he served in the Marine Corps Reserves a combat engineer.
