Tracy Wayne is a musician and educator in Clay County, West Virginia. She will become the new trainer for this program when it is funded. She has taught music in Clay County for many years and speaks from experience about the decline in the schools and the mounting pressures on everyone. The latest storms shutting down power and sending the state into a state of emergency have increased the need.
Combined with other sources of funding, this project raised enough money to fund the outlined activities and is no longer accepting donations.
