Training first responders

By ~Sil Wong | Logistics Unit Leader/Board of Directors President

Empact NW RS 1
Empact NW RS 1

We have been quite busy at Empact Northwest. Besides responding to disasters as an Urban Search & Rescue team, we also train other first responders. We recently held our annual Rescue Systems 1 class that is attended by first responders through out our region. Our highly qualified instructors prepare all year long to provide the participants a class that is respected & highly regarded in the industry. This is an intensive 4 day class is core in urban search & rescue & in technical rescues. In the past, we have had attendees from Washington DC , Louisiana, California & through out the Pacific NW. We are honored to help other agencies & communities be better prepared & better trained to respond when a disaster occurs.

We are incredibly humbled & grateful for your on going support. When you help us, you are helping your own community.

THANK YOU!
