She has more than 15 years of experience in environmental management and developmental projects. She became a Fellow of Ashoka Social Entrepreneurs in 1996, a member of the Schwab Foundation and also she is an AVINA leader.

Jose Carlos Rodriguez - Training responsible

Peruvian, with a master degree in Organizational Psychology. He is also specialized in Social Planning of Local Development in Chile. He has 11 years of professional experience in the management and coordination of planning processes, design and project monitoring. He has provided consulting services for: ILO, GTZ, PACT Peru, NGOs Mission de Basilea, TECNIDES, A. B. PRISMA, among others.

Master degree in Control of Environmental Pollution, specialized in Evaluation of the Environmental Impact, Management of Urban & Industrial Waste, and Solid Waste Management. She has 12 years of experience in municipal & industrial waste management, has conducted municipal and hazardous waste assessments in 6 countries, and studied the environmental impact of sanitary projects in 6 cities of Peru
