Project Personnel

Albert Lotana Lokasola - President, Vie Sauvage

Founder of Djolu Technical College, Vie Sauvage and the Kokolopori Reserve Project, Mr. Lokasola grew up in Kokolopori, 50 miles from Djolu, and is the former Secretary General of the DRC Red Cross. He has expertise in traditional forestry and two Masters degrees, one in chemistry and one in ecology and wildlife management from Kisangani University.

Ingrid Schulze - Director, Kokolopori Partnership

Founder and director of the Kokolopori-Falls Church Sister City Partnership, Ingrid Schulze has worked closely with Vie Sauvage and the Bonobo Conservation Initiative since 2006 on community development projects in the Kokolopori area, including Djolu Technical College and the Kokolopori health clinic. She has a PhD in biochemistry and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Texas.
