Imagine a future where every student, irrespective of their background, unlocks their full potential. This vision is at the heart of Kids In The Middle (KITM), an innovative educational initiative by Duncan Tree Team, poised to redefine learning in New York City schools.
In collaboration with the New York City Department of Education and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), we're introducing a holistic complement to education. Our focus, in tandem with academic development, is on incorporating emotional support and development to address the challenges our youth face today.
The KITM Coaching and Mentorship Program is designed to enable students who might be at risk of slipping through the cracks. By recognizing each student's unique abilities and leadership potential, we aim to uplift an entire generation. However, the realization of this mission hinges on the collective support of our community.
Our program, aimed at fostering resilience, empathy, and self-awareness, is now at a critical juncture.
