Jericho Project’s mission is to end homelessness at its roots by creating a community that inspires individual change, fosters sustainable independence, and motivates men and women to reach their greatest potential.
Jericho’s nationally-recognized program model combines permanaent housing with individualized relapse prevention counseling, family reunification support, vocational and educational programming, and ongoing aftercare.

Tori Lyon - Executive Director
Ms. Lyon joined the Jericho Project in 1996 as the Director of Development. In 1999, she was promoted to Associate Executive Director and in 2005 became Executive Director.
Ms. Lyon’s experience includes nearly 14 years in the supportive housing industry, primarily responsible for fund raising, housing development, and program development.
Cathy Fulwood - Associate Executive Director
Ms Fulwood joined Jericho Project in 2005 as Associate Executive Director. Prior to joining Jericho Project Ms. Fulwood was the Senior Program Associate at Community Resource Exchange. Ms. Fulwood is responsible for the planning, administration and management of human resources, finance and property maintenance for Jericho’s five supportive housing residences
