Gift a non-schooling Girl with Sanitary Napkins!

The low urban population in Naivasha and the neighboring settlements are in dire need of good sanitation and hygiene at a low or no cost. Provision of water and menstrual hygiene is a necessity to prevent incidence of related diseases. Significant barriers to high-quality Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) persist across Kenya and remain a particular challenge for low-income women and girls.

Life Bloom Services International have been running a campaign for healhy meastrual hygiene for non-schooling girls who are most venerable to be victims of sexual exploitation to earn a living in low urban poor areas. The low urban population in Naivasha and the neighboring settlements are in dire need of good sanitation and hygiene at a low or no cost. Provision of water and menstrual hygiene is a necessity to prevent incidence of related diseases. Significant barriers to high-quality Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) persist across Kenya and remain a particular challenge for low-income women and girls.

Through this period Life Bloom has been able to tae part in different activites so as to raise awareness on our product "NAWIRI SANITARY NAPKINS".

During the day of the African child on 14th June 2019 we were able to officially launch our sanitary napkins which was to help us to open door for more partnership in the community, schools and children homes.

On other partnership we are in conversation with banks whom we are drafting for concept notes which will help us to raise funds to facilitate production of the napkins.

Through our projects we have been able to raise $241.33 and hoping to extend the campaign to raise more funds. We have also continously ensured the process of visiting different community set up that we serve and distributed the napkins to the girls who have embraced the process in their hearts.
