This fund allows donors to contribute to a general fund that will be used to provide matching funds and other grant incentives for the projects in our catalog.
This fund will support all the projects on the GlobalGiving website. Donations will be used to provide incentives like matching funds and bonuses during campaigns and Open Challenges for existing and new projects.
This fund ensures that more GlobalGiving projects receive the funding necessary to begin implementation.
Since 2008, every dollar that has been donated to this fund has resulted in an average of $6 reaching a project through an incentive campaign.
It is one thing to make a donation and find out "you've purchased an ink cartridge"; it's a whole other thing to learn that the child of an illiterate mother is receiving at-home tutoring.
