Renowned and nationally respected cardiologist and pediatrician Dr. Rosa Célia is an example of idealism, fight and perseverance for all. Dr Rosa specialized in child cardiac surgery and completed her degree in medicine at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She was an intern at the National Heart Hospital in London, where she studied for three years
