George Onwumere is currently employed by the Washington Department of Ecology. George has previously worked for the Quinault Indian Nation and the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation & Highways. George has a doctorate degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in bio-resource engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
Bernard Akudinobi is a professor in geological studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria. Bernard has a doctorate degree in geological sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a master’s degree in hydrogeology at the University of Ibadan in Nigeria.
