Mission

We collaborate with public, private, and NGO partners in developing countries to identify promising young leaders from rural areas - providing them with intensive training and skills to run a sustainable small business that helps meet the economic and social development needs of their communities. We focus on three major barriers to improving the lives of people in rural communities: absence of skilled professionals, lack of access to information, and lack of reliable energy services.

Programs

We piloted our Business, Community, and Citizenship Training and our Community Information Centers in India. We have now secured qualified staff and are launching these programs in Mexico, Kenya, and the Philippines.
