Share & SaveMore Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesRecent amendments to the NGO legislation in Russia promise increased state funding to the local NGOs involved in HIV-related program development and implementation. These changes increasingly call for local NGO capacity building to empower them with knowledge and skills to actively engage in HIV/AIDS policy advocacy. Experience around the world proves that people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH) are best positioned to assume the leading role in HIV/AIDS policy advocacy.
