Share & SaveMore Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesBullying, sexual harassment and aggressive behaviour mostly by boys directed at girls in schools rarely attracts sanctions and these become accepted as a normal part of growing up. 75% of school girls suffered sexual harassment from male classmates and 27% endure pressure from teachers for sex. It is imperative to address gender-based violence to make schools safe places and achieve universal primary education for all. Primary beneficiaries will be pupils who are victims of school-related abuses ActivitiesTraining for school counselors, student sensitization activities, counseling and education, essay writing competitions, presentations, inter-school activities and sports, school clubs, video shows, library resources.
