Meet Annitah! Annitah is a 14 year old Primary 7 student at Nyaka Primary School. She like studying English, and she works hard every day so she can continue her education at a good secondary school. For just $250 a year, YOU can make sure that she continues to be academically successful!
When you support Annitah, you are ensuring that she will continue to have access to free high-quality education, as well as nutritious school meals and clean water. Many studies show a connection between HIV/AIDS prevention and education, so it is imperative that our students receive as much schooling as possible. Annitah, like our other students, understands that education is her key to better her life, her family, and her community! She works hard every day to achieve her goals.

Having an education will allow our female students to break out of the cycle of poverty, and create opportunities for themselves. They will be less vulnerable to human trafficking, or getting lured into the city for low-wage jobs, because they have other options to pursue. They will be less susceptible to diseases, especially HIV/AIDS, and less prone to early pregnancy. Instead, they will have the chance to take advantage of the opportunities they have, and work towards a university education.
