Seizure-Response Dog for Samuel

Thank you so much for donating to "Seizure-Response Dog for Samuel".  Samuel met his seizure-response dog on November 5, 2013 and final placement started on November 10th.  We are anxiously awaiting more detail and promise to forward that information as soon as we receive it.  The family is very busy at this moment.

Samuel's family is so excited - Samuel is excited too.  His family reports that his needs for this service dog have really increased recently and his family is ready for Samuel's dog, more than ever!!

We are so grateful to you for your help.   To date, we have been honored to be able to provide 55 seizure-response dog grants across the US.  You have changed this little boy's life by contributing to this project!

Microproject Disclaimer

Every microproject is intended to use the donations it receives in accordance with its stated description; however, it is important to provide project leaders with the flexibility to maximize the potential benefit from the donations they receive. This means that your donation may be used as a part of the main project that supports this microproject, specifically Seizure-Response Dogs for those with Epilepsy. In this event, the project leader is required to post an update to the microproject detailing the results and reasons behind this change.

If you or any other donor is unhappy with the way their funds have been used, he or she can reallocate their donation using the GlobalGiving guarantee.
