Nico's Next Track: Help a Young Entrepreneur Grow

$120 $1,880
Raised Remaining

Since deciding to re-work La Vecindad, Niko's made some amazing progress.  With the launch set for the end of October, here's where things stand today:

  • Las Bovedas Surf Store, a Casco Viejo first, is built and starting to load inventory.  The surf shop is a collaboration between Niko and eight time Panamanian women's champion Samantha Alonso, who grew up here in Casco. (Thanks Arco Properties for the micro loan!)

  • New kithchen equipment has been installed (thanks Andres for helping spec and source!)

  • A new logo is designed (thanks Sundip!)

Still left to do:

  • Retrain Isreal, Niko's cook, on use of the new equipment and new menu
  • Plan the launch party!

Stay tuned!

Microproject Disclaimer

Every microproject is intended to use the donations it receives in accordance with its stated description; however, it is important to provide project leaders with the flexibility to maximize the potential benefit from the donations they receive.
