So far in 2015, AIL Learning Centers have educated over 20,000 students including many sewing students. The sewing skills women learn help them care for their families by providing a means of earning income. As importantly the women gain self esteem from having skills and seeing that their skill is valued by others who are willing to pay for them to make clothing. The health program has provided care to over 129,000 people and health education to 82,000!
