On behalf of Gilbert and his parents we say a big thank you for the kind and thoughtful donations to help this bright young man secure a better life for himself.

You raised for Gilbert including personal donations the amount of $396.50. We will receive that fund by end of January and this enables him to enter his application for University for August 2014. Your generous donations will pay for his admission for one semester which is gratefully received. This has gone a long way in providing a good education for Gilbert so that he can pursue his dream to be an accountant.

Gilbert does still need help, he needs for food and lodging at Cape Coast University. Please, read about Gilbert and his needs through our website: https://paajaf.org/fundraisers/fundraise-for-gilbert/, we are happy to hear from you for any ideas and suggestions that can help him at info@paajaf.org

Gilbert has a dream to become accountant, let us pull together to make this dream come true.

There is a long road for Gilbert to continue his studies and we remain hopeful for his continued success. We are working hard to find ways to support Gilbert for the next semester and paying tuition and lodging fees. The challenges are this year, due to changing of school system here in Ghana, there are two streams completing school this year, those in the old system in Senior High School form 4 graduates and the new school system, form 3 graduates.  There are difficulties to get University places without funding since competition for places are more that the Universities can accommodate. Also, the universities here are very small.  Next year, those applicants could not get chance still going to compete with the 2014 SHS 3 graduates, which makes entrance still tough. We remain committed to helping these hardworking students to apply for their studies and search for grants and fundraising opportunities throughout the year to support Gilbert.

Thank you, please join our community on our website www.paajaf.org and Facebook – www.facebook.com/PAAJAF to keep updated with news about Gilbert.
