Dear Donors,

Thank you, thank you and thank you!

Thank you for choosing to support our "home for the children" who are deprived of even the basic needs of food, clothing and safe shelter.

Britto was a very weak boy, when he joined the home 5 years back. He was malnourished. Now he is hale and healthy. He don't get frequent cold attacks as he had them before. All this is possible only because of your dontations which help us to provide nutritious food to these children.

Duriong June to September 2014, we received $2935 from you all and we should mobilise $2828 more. The amount received is spent on rice and groceries, vegetables, milk, cooks salary and fuel for seven months. Being a micro project this project is retired and we have the main project in the below link:

Safe shelter & food for deprived children in India (#11958)

You can continue to support the children in the above link. Kindly spread words to your friends and relatives.

The local donors too support the children by providing them food on their special occassions and days. It is a great pleasure to thank you one and all. Only with your continued support we could continue to support these poor children.

On 14th December 2014, our Poonjolai Children celebrated the X'Mas with the elders in the Samrakshana Senior Citizen's Care Centre in Koothur. The programme was organised by the Team of Social Work. Games and cultural events were conducted. It is a great experience to see the elderly, the young and the children.

The Christmas Celebrations were conducted on 28th December in our home. The children had mouth watering food of Briyani ( mutton and rice cooked together), Chicken and Fish. The food was sponsored by our President, Thanks to you, Sir.

We once again thank you for your support and for being Angels in spreading words about our home and project.

Happy New Year!
