When we travel, we are reminded of our precious grandchildren. We see their faces in the smiles and tears of impoverished children and are aware of the stark contrast in their lives. While we are grateful for the comfort and safety of our grandchildren at home, we are distressed by the homelessness, starvation and indentured servitude of so many others.
