Send DC Student to Malawi to Build a School
A fundraiser by
Give 6 DC inner city high school students the transformative opportunity of a lifetime! Help the DC Chapter of buildOn send 6 DC students and a teacher to Malawi in the summer of 2013 to build a school for a community in need. Many DC students never have the chance to leave the country and only about 58% actually graduate. However, with the buildOn program students will gain confidence and even increase their chances of high school graduation--95% of buildOn participants graduate.
