26 Miles for Autism
A fundraiser by Shiv Gahlot
I’m a soldier, amateur runner and father to 8 year old Shravya, who is autistic. On 17th April, I will run the 121st Boston Marathon, the oldest and prestigious marathon in the world, in support of Action for Autism (www.autism-india.org). AFA is a pioneering organization that is involved in research, care, education and support for autistic people. It is setting up ‘Ananda’ group homes to care and support for persons with Autism.
