Help My Adopted Student Tamia to School

I have adopted a student, Tamia from Jamaica to help her attend high school for the September 2013-2014. Tamia is 14 years, in Grade 9 at Hampton School. She has an "A" G.P.A. In Nov. 2010, Tamia’s mother was diagnosed with Leukemia and had to stop working. Basic necessities such as food and toiletries have become hard to obtain. Utilities have been cut off. Tamia constantly worries about being forced to drop out of school to the point where she gets ill and now suffers from panic attacks.
