1. Early Intervention Program and Deaf-Blind & Multi-handicapped to help and support babies and children with visual impairment in learning skills 2. Vocational Training & Employment to equip blind and visually-impaired individuals with skills for daily living & employment 3. Low Vision Program to enhance a person's residual visual capabilities 4. Braille & audio books library 5. Information Technology training centre for the blinds 6. The Golden Club: home for senior citizens
