Programs

OpASHA is a tax-exempt nonprofit, treating tuberculosis in the slums of India. OpASHA's treatment centres are established within the community so patients can procure the medicine conveniently, without wasting time or spending money on transport, or losing wages. Op ASHA is serving 3.5 million slum dwellers, who live in 1353 slums spread across 13 cities in six states within India. OpASHA has recently been elected to the Board of Directors of the Stop TB partnership, which is housed by the WHO.
