They do through social justice, hope and improved self-esteem to minimize xenophobia and to foster solidarity amongst refugee women and host-country women, in order to work in solidarity for the common and individual benefit of all women.

Programs

All programs are designed to heal women, rebuild self-confidence, self-esteem and raise awareness of the ongoing suffering of refugees. The Life Writing Project allows women to share their experiences. The HIV/AIDS awareness and management program provides refugees with education and training. The Healing Memories Project supports women's healing process allowing women become caregivers in the community and The Women Activism and Leadership project focuses on women's empowerment.
