The mission of Edesia is to promote local sustainable production of nutrient-rich foods, like Plumpy'nut, for the treatment and prevention of malnutrition. Edesia works to coordinate international relief efforts and promote partnerships to ensure that life-saving foods quickly reach the children who need them most.
