Memphis Athletic Ministries

MAM's mission is to use organized sports to share and model Christ to at-risk youth, ages 8 to 18, in disadvantaged Memphis neighborhoods and to foster unity among diverse segments of the community. MAM's objective is to improve the community by causing positive changes in 3 distinct areas of each youth's life: relationships with others, personal behavior and spiritual growth. Participation is attracted by using organized sports to draw the youth to MAM's 15 urban neighborhood centers.
