Project manager doing the symbolic act

Hello Friends and Donors!

We would like to sincerely thank you for your generous donation for our Orphans and Vulnerable children education support in Cameroon. Special thanks to “Move in blue”, “move in action” and partners to make this year’s donation a success with Euros1 000 donation.

On the 19 and 20 of September, 2012 we stormed the roads and premises of four rural primary schools in Buea subdivision with books, didactic materials and fees support to 100 children in government primary, Baptist primary, Presbyterian primary schools of Tole and Soppo villages, Buea. 85 children received books and didactic materials worth $10 each and; 15 children in the two mission schools received fees support of $15 each.

We are crowning this year’s donation exercise for 30 children in the three Government primary schools in Bonduma village, Buea on December 05, 2012; with books and didactic materials worth $5 for each child.

Thank you again for all you have done to help this project and our cause.

Teen mothers shaping their destiny

Shallod in SDI office for August count down
Shallod in SDI office for August count down

Donors and supporters,

It is a wonderful pleasure working with you all these years. Your hard earned cash puts our strategic intentions into reality.

We are pleased to inform you that two teen mothers have received microcredit loan of US$100 each.

The Tole teen mothers shop is picking up; in the next four months we will include a call shop section in a bid to make the shop auto-financing and increase the opportunities of teen mothers to handle more functions in the shop.

Shallot (picture attached ) has taken the task of looking for a more spacious accommodtion to host more activities.

We look forward to your continued support in salvaging the vulnerability of our future mothers/care-givers and leaders in our communities

Needs Assessment Survey In Progress

Dear Donors and supporters,

Due to the large number of applications (375) we received this year, we are still doing needs assessment and social inquiry in the two targeted villages of Bonduma Vilage and Tole village all in Buea Sub Division. We envisage supporting 100 children who are actually in need of  Basic schools  books, didactics and part fees payment.

By the end of second week of September 2012, we will be able to fully assess those actually in need and go into action donating to the 100 targeted children in the two villages.

You are welcome to be part of this year’s donation exercise schedule to take place third week of September 2012.

Thanks to moveinblue and partners for making this year's donation exercise a possibility.

We look forward to continued support
