We hope for a world eradicated of man-made epidemics where workers are not employed in hazardous circumstances without adequate safety precautions; and where we as consumers empowered by information, hold corporations responsible for exploitative practices, so that human rights and fair trade policies are universally implemented. La Isla Foundation seeks to empower the ignored, educate the uninformed, and identify oppressive labor practices while developing innovative tailor-made solutions. We are here to eliminate situational obstacles in order to allow workers and their families achieve their full potential.
