To provide needy children of Lamu with adequate health and empower them with knowledge and confidence in the hopes of reducing poverty in the area.
Anidan Kenya is a NGO that currently committed to improving the lives of people in the district of Lamu through three projects:
- Shelter house: almost 300 children, mostly orphans, who live in the structure of the NGO
- Children's Hospital: about 1000 visits per month
- Microfinance Project: more than 50 groups of financially excluded women
- Arts & Crafts centre to cater for the artistic and creative needs of a child's development
