This project will upgrade the skills of about 100 youths already trained and practicing in various vocational skills. This will increase their expertise hence high productivity and income.
There is lack of additional skills and expertise needed to transform small vocational business to stable and self-sustainable ventures and this has denied youths engaged in this ventures reliable incomes to fight poverty. This project will equip the youth with technical and marketing skills and attitudes to more competitive in their business. In rural areas, it is a strategy to poverty reduction and raise the standards of living.
-The project will refresh vocational skills of already practicing youths in areas like: tailoring, carpentry, soldering, hairdressing, mechanics and soap making. - Product marketing, market reading and access - Management, investment and networking
-100 youths will be able to practice and run businesses in a modern way, raise their income and alleviate poverty within their families and neighborhood -Quality of services will be improved - Reduce over dependence on aid - Stimulate enterprising
