Give today to fund immediate relief and long-term recovery efforts in Ecuador after this weekend's massive earthquake.
Ecuador Earthquake Relief Fund

Our hearts are heavy with the news of Saturday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Ecuador.

At least 350 people have died and more than 2,500 are injured in the worst natural disaster to strike the South American country in 67 years. Widespread damage has been reported, even in cities like Quito and Guayaquil which are far from the earthquake’s epicenter.

You can support first responders and local organizations helping those in need today through a donation to our Ecuador Earthquake Relief Fund.

GIVE NOW

After years of supporting relief and recovery efforts after natural disasters like this one, we’ve seen that the organizations that are deeply rooted in local communities are best positioned to drive long-term recovery work. Your donation will help local communities recover and become more resilient against future disasters.

Whenever disasters strike, we know we can count on our community of GlobalGivers to come to the aid of survivors and their families. Your donation today will send a message to the people of Ecuador that the world is with them in their time of need.

Warmly,
Will Frechette + the GlobalGiving Team

P.S. Sadly, Ecuador was not the only country struck by an earthquake this weekend. Our partners are already responding to the two earthquakes that hit southwestern Japan, and you can support their efforts through our Kumamoto Japan Earthquake Relief Fund.
