Born from their friendship, the “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” initiative was first launched in June 2021 by Christian Louboutin, Sabrina and Idris Elba as a response to the global outcry against systemic racism and social injustice. Five charitable organizations received proceeds from the success of the inaugural campaign to support their impactful work.

In June 2024, “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” returns for a third season in celebration of hope, empathy and diversity, and in support of education, the creative arts, and youth empowerment.

Donate to the Walk a Mile in My Shoes Fund to support six charities across the globe to make a difference in their local communities: Immediate Theatre in England, AfriKids in Ghana, Art Start in the US, Elman Peace Centre in Somalia, The Raining Season in Sierra Leone, and CASA 93 in France.
