Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

when prices for DAP fertilsers went up farmers had hard time on purchasing a 50 kg bag of fertiliser.the government subsidised the prices and people(farmers)got an opportunity to buy fertiliser had beendispatched. no committee nor baraza was sat to educate people on how to acqiure and use the fertilizer but fraudsters emerged and who hadf anticipated to get the fertilisers had nothing to go back home with.the more was to be facilitated by agricultural officer who had managed to benefit from other offer but most people suffered and were forced to buy fertiliser at very high prices which had been there initially.sources claim that the fertilser had been imported yet we have our own waste which in my opinion can produce fertilisers for farmers it a fertiser plant is built to process fertiliser for this farmers.
