Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

An Interesting Story

Today our main focus as an industry is to encourage everyone to live a more active and movement oriented lifestyle, outside of the traditional forms of exercise, dance fits into this equation perfectly. One of the most powerful things about dance as a fitness option is that it is social activity that provides the space for people to have fun and make new friends and connections. This is very important because it has been my personal experience that people only keep up an exercise habitat if they feel accepted and reaffirmed by the people around them.
