Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Poor Housing

Many nations are looking forward to vision 2030. In most parts of Kenya people are staying in slums and the houses there are like shanties. There is congestion of people in houses and plots. This leads to quick infection of infectious diseases like cholera outbreaks. The congested houses make it difficult for transport services to continue succesfully since the road have been made narrow. The government has started to upgrade the slums to Langata where new houses are under construction for the slum people to settle in. Houses are also demolished in Soweto to allow for the space for construction. The residents in Soweto are in great danger, since some of their houses can easily collapse and burry them alive. This made the government to chase all the people away and built the houses in a secure way.
