Mrembo prgramme taught us about mestration period.I believed Mrembo program because many things used to disturbe me alot like stomach upsets,filing tired and not playing with boys any howly. 1.If you are bleeding don't do alot of work it can bleed alot 2.During your period don't let boys cheat you to sleep with them, saying that they will use condom. 3.during period use anything or use always 4.During your period not sit anyhowly and wear heavy cloths to avoid been seen 5.during your period you are supposed to take a bath everyday and to clean your underpants properly so that you can be clean also. I thank warembo programme and they continue to bring more people and bless them alot. Warembo programme we welcome you again in undungu society of kenya we are ready to listen to you.
