Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Being A Role Model To The Community

I like Mrembo Programme because it has helped my sister very much during her pregnancy and during her childbirth. It has taught me to be clean all the time because I am a girl and to avoid walking with boys anyhow. I have learnt to about family planning and the problems that face the young girl during childbirth. I have also learnt much about female genital mutilation and also about various sexually transmitted diseases associated with drug abuse, early family planning, starting sex early, walking in the dark and in dark alleys, and walking alone at night. I will obey my elders and to serve them without discrimination. I would like to join the Mrembo Watches and to be able to preach the gospel of AIDS and also reproductive health and other diseases associated with slums. I pray that Mrembo may recruit me as one of them so that I can help other girls like myself.
