Chewing Of Khat (miraa) In Kibera

DRUG ABUSE IN KIBERA Drugs abuse is the principle of most of the current problems from the financial to health problems. CHEWING OF KHAT (MIRAA) IN KIBERA. Chewing of khats started just as joke in kibera.Some youths who were idlers started chewing khats and meditating how they could do different crimes in the kibera slums.Due to high poverty rate and unemployment opportunities many youth also indulged in the menace of chewing khats inconjaction with other hard drugs. These chewing of khats in kibera has resulted to high poverty rate and low per income ratio.As a member of kibera community organization for youths we have tried to stop these behaviour in fruitless result .So we need any help shall be highly appreciated.
