Keep Your Teeth White

Rita was walking along ngong road when she saw a tent near their school compound. When she saw people gathering ground huge white tent, she went to check what was happening. The told her we are dentist and today we are teaching everyone about oral hygiene. One dentist asked her. Could you please show how you take care of my teeth. Brush your teeth after every meal, then to brush at least two mins should avoid sugary foods such as sweets and biscuits they cause tooth decay. Rita told one of dentist that her teeth had started decaying and that the brown look embarrassed her. Rita received free tooth brush and tooth paste from doctor and she was told to brush and keep her teeth white the only way will smile with confident. from 'corner to centre'
